Risk Management Workshops
We have successfully organised and facilitated a number of risk management workshops for clients who wanted to involve the Board and senior management team in the early stages of the development of a risk management strategy and risk register. Our workshops are based on the concept of providing a level of education and awareness training followed by an interactive workshop that encourages participants to openly exhange views on the risks that the organisation faces.
Each workshop that we facilitate is followed up by a written report from First Governance, documenting the events of the workshop and the outputs there from. This provides a useful summary of the participants views on the key strategic risks that should be managed.
